The Vesuvius peel is produced in various models with different sizes to be used in all types of ovens.

1. Each peel model shows on its own page which ovens it is suitable for, choose the Vesuvius peel model suitable for your oven (if you are not sure which model is suitable, contact us, we can also make it tailor-made for your oven)
2. Each Vesuvius peel model is available in 2 versions: Standard (with 2 oven paper towels) and Plus (with Teflon towel) - the main difference is that the oven paper towels must be changed periodically (no less than 50/60 batches) while the Teflon sheet is permanent, select the version you prefer from the drop-down menu
3. Choose if you want to add customizations (laser engravings on the handle and/or on the peel itself, Premium treatment of the handles) or any accessories (clips or additional spare sheets)
4. Click on the "Buy" button
5. Select the country of destination of the shipment (to find out the cost of the shipment) and click on "Continue with the order"
6. Enter your data + any notes, choose the payment system you prefer and click on "Check and confirm the order" 
7. Check that the data entered is correct and click on "Confirm order"
8. After confirming the order, you will receive the order confirmation via email and the data to access your customer area
9. ​​You can check the status of the order from your customer area, when you see it being prepared it will be shipped within a maximum of 72h. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for shipment and as soon as it is shipped you will receive another email with the link to track your shipment.
